What we do - our service to you

We have set out below a step by step guide to what our service comprises. The aim being to maximise your and your guests enjoyment at an event that delivers what you want in every element, with all the hassle handled by us.

Clarify the Purpose of the Event

A clear purpose informs the whole
theming and “vibe” of the event, whether it’s a celebration of “love” or a product / property launch.

Determine the Event Budget

We like to be clear at the outset what our allocated budget is to work with. Typically White Tie events range from £25,000 up to £1.5million.

Create the Event Plan

Given the purpose and the budget we can use our experience and creativity, in partnership with you, to propose and agree the final event plan.

Venue selection & organisation

We source and, when necessary, erect and dismantle the venue.

Design & send the Invitations

The invite should reflect the theme for the event, the date, the timing, and include all necessary, information, regarding the setup, access, dietary requirements, and logistical arrangements where necessary.

Decoration & theming

We coordinate the creation of the 'atmosphere' - decoration; flowers; tableware; place settings; name cards; and seating plan.

Bar

We plan and provide the range of cocktails/drinks together with bar and bar staff.

Catering

We plan and provide the canapés, main menu and follow-on food together with high-quality catering and friendly waiting staff.

Music & entertainment

We source bands; DJs; atmospheric background music; any other entertainment requirements; and celebrity speakers as necessary.

Dismantling

When the party / launch is over, we ensure the location is cleared of all rubbish and suppliers’ equipment as soon as practical.
